Her expertise spans the preparation and lodgment of activity statements, financial accounts, and income tax returns. In addition to offering tailored tax planning advice. Melanie is passionate about simplifying the complexities of tax and accounting, working closely with her clients to streamline their processes and take the burden out of compliance.

With a career spanning over 25 years in Australia and New Zealand, Crystelle brings extensive experience to her clients. 

A dedicated professional, she offers a wealth of knowledge in accounting, business ownership, and administrative leadership within both accounting firms and private enterprise. 

Crystelle is passionate about helping businesses navigate financial compliance and operational efficiency. Her roles include financial reporting, taxation, BAS compliance, office leadership and management.  

Crystelle holds a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) from the QUT and has been a member of CPA Australia since 1997

Tracy joins SWB with an extensive background in administration and a passion for helping clients with prompt and reliable service. 

Tracy has worked in many different sectors including local government, automotive industry, agricultural industry, veterinary industry and media. Tracy is always looking to challenge and further her education, she has a cert IV in Business Administration and Veterinary Nursing, a knack for IT and technology and is known for her creative flair.
